YOUNG GIRL'S DEATH. An inijuost was hold on Friday at Otaua before Mr P. T. Rosaiter (Acting Coroner , and a jury of which Mr J. Brown was f. reman, ou the body of Ilnnna Subina Eihen Saulsbrey, the 1 1-year old daughter of Mr Chailes Saulshroy, a local settler The father gave evidence to the effect that somo seven years ago the deeoasod had an attack of iheumatic fever and had suffered from a weak heait over since. During the last six weeks she had been attended by an unregistered practitioner. Death occurred an Wednesday last. Dr. Uowden deposed that on the Saturday ptior to the death he was called in to see the giil and found she was suffering from longstanding heart an I liver trouble. He had refused to Kivc a certificate of death ati he objected to being made "a fence" for an practitioner. The Jury returned a verdict that death was Ihe result rf heart disease, and thev expressed the opinion that the deceased had received proper m«c!iewl treatment
