WAIKATO RIVER BOARD. HATE NOTICE. Notice is hereby given that pursuant ito the provisions of the River Board's Act 1908 and the Waikato River Board's Act 1912 and all other Acts enabling it, the Waikato River Board intends at its meeting to be held on the 25th day of September, 1915, at the Office of the Board, Mercer, to pass a resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, striking and levying a General Rate, as follows : A class lands—A rate of in the£, B class lands—A rate of ]d in the £, C class lands—A rate of £d in the £, and a Slecial Rate as follows : A class lands Loan Account 4'd in the £ ; B class lands Loan Account 3d in the £ ; C class lands Loan Account 3 16d in the £ upon the capital value of all the rateable properties within the boundaries of the Waikato River Board district for the period commencing on the Ist day of April, 1915, and ending the olst day of March, 1916, such rates to be due and payable to the Collector in one instalment at the Oihco of the Board, Mercer, on an 1 after the 30th day of October, 1915.
