Following is the draw for the qualifying round of the Captain's prize to be played 03 Saturday next: U'Loughlen v. Bayly, Corbett v. A damp, Hopkins v. Urigor, Dr Wake v. Bilkey, James Koukton v. Duncan Koulston, Dr Bronte v. David Houston, Mills v. Wily. LOCAL RULES. In view of the state of the course the following local rule 3 have been declared:— A bali may be litfed from any fcoof mark or cart wheel and dropped within ore club's length without penalty. Every ball striking loose timber if played within 30 yards must be replayed without penalty. A player is considered to be hampered should his ball lie a. . time within two club's length of loose timber and the tall may he curried back and dropped without penalty.
