Over 120 men are at presen' emplojed on the Waiuku railway, formation work being in hand up to a point six miles 78 chains from Faerata, the junction with the Main' Trunk line. Eleven chains from Faerata a girder bridge of five spans is being built, i'wo formation contracts are also in progress, where employment is being riven to a further i'O men.
