TheJ recent meeting of dairy Aka Aka who have under consideration the question of cheese manufacture was attended by Mr Goodfellow, ot the Hamilton dairying concern of that name, who gave an address of conßkleratie interest to thoEe present. He pointed out that the profits of cheese manufacture as against butter should not be judged on this seasun's returns, but he considered outlook for the next few years favoured cheese. He advised Ihuse interested to see what proposal the Dairy Association waß prepared to put before them, and get all the information they could about the matter, and then if they were not satisfied communicate with him further.
