PUKEKOHE EAST.
FARMERS' UNION ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Pukekote East branch of the Farmers' Union was held in the library on Saturday, April 24th. The preeident (Mr T. Hamilton) and eight members being present. The secretary, Mr J. Glennie, submitted the balance sheet, which was duly received and adopted. The" following officers were elected for the ensuing year: Mr T. Hamilton, president; Messrs L. Morgan and D. Keane; vice-presidents; Mr J. Glenie, hjnorary secretary and treasurer; Mr J. W. Robinson, auditor.
