SHOOTING COMPETITION.
A triangular contest for the C.A.C. Challenge Cup took place at Karaigahake on Saturday last, victory falling to the Club with a total of 256 points, Pukekohe scoring 237 and Waihi 206 points. The following were the scores of the Pukekohe representatives, viz : VV. Wilson 29, J. Blake 27, J. Fausett and J. Dob Eon 25 each, W. Boase 24, J. Wright 23, W. Woodward 22, W. McNally 'and A. F Daysh 21 each, and Reynolds 20. JUS
In a six-birds sweepstake [ first honours were shared by Reynolds, Biake and Dobsun, in conjunction *ith C. Naylor (Karangahake), all of whose scores were six points. Woodward, Fausett and !'McNally were close up with five points each,
