TUAKAU SOUTH.
A lire occurred in Messrs Frost Bros.' flaxmill in Tuesday night, abcut midnight. lh> origin is a mystery, as all was secure when a man looked round at 9.30 p.m. The scucthing shed was gutted and some fibre destroyed. Fortur.ately the mill was built in separate departments, and the stripping shed was not damaged, and sirippisg will be carried on as usual till the scucthing department is repaired.
