BUCKLAND v. ONEWHERO
A match arranged between membars of the Buckland and Onewhero Lawn Tennis Clubs was plaved on the latter club's courts on Saturday, and resulted in the visitors winning by 10 sets to 2, or 103 games to 67. The scores were as follows, Buckland players being mentioned first in each instance:—
Ladies' doubles: Misses Leighton and Davey v. Mesdamea Barke and Logan, 9—3; Misses Home and Condon v. Mrs Henderson ami Miss Crawford, 9-3; Missses Avery and Jefferis v. Misses Cathcart and Le Bailley, 9-0.
Men's doubles: L. Bilkey and A. Bilkey v Barke and lindbergr, 7-9; M. Bilksv and H. Leighton v. K. Glasgow and Diwes, 9—7; A. Smith and W. Bilkey v. Henderson and Beecruft 6—9. Combined doubles: Miss Leighton aid A. Bilkey v. Mrs Barke and Barke, 9—6; Miss Davey and L. Bilkey v. Mrs Logan and Lindberg, 9*-4; Miss Neal and M. Bilkey v. Mrs Henderson and Glasgow, 9—7; Missi Home aod H. Leighton v. Miss Crawford and Dawes, 9—B; Misi Avery and A. Smith v. Misj Cathcart and Henderson, 9—5; Miss Jefferis and W. Bilkey v.
