Fortnightly Sitting.

Mr Frazer, S.M., presided at the S.M. Court, Pukekohe, on Thurßduy last.

In the case R. Bradbury, timber merchant, of Pukekohe, v. W. Stayte, farmer, of Buckland, in which the former claimed £6 3a 7d for timber supplied iu connection with a contract, judgment was given for plaintiff for £2 19s 3d without costs.

An application for an affiliation order against John Schroder, farmhand, of Tuparoa, in respect of an illegitimate female child, was adjourned to the 22nd January, 1915, at Waiuku, to be brought en for hearing earlier in Auckland on either side giving to the other one week's cotice. Mr J. R. Lundon represented the plaintiff.
