LYCEUM PICTURES.
The splendid programme of pictures screened at the Premier hall on Saturday night last gave entiie satisfaction to the large audience present. The chief feature, "Votes for Women," a burlesque on the suffragette movement at Home, was a production of much merit, and besides embodying a fine dramatic story it contained some rare passages of comedy, , causing much merriment. A singularly ludicrous comic subject, "Robin Buys a Donkey," concluded the programme amidst shrieks of laughter from the audience. For to-night and to-morrow evening a unique star subject will be screened,. The title, "The Airman's Bride," denotes something unusual id tbe matter of sensation. A great race between a fast motor car and an aeroplane forms one of the most exciting passages. The topical budget, Pathe's latest gazette and question of right fill a really first-class bill.
