The following nanativc, which comes from a lady living in the Suuth of England, will show eon e thing ol' the sympathy felt for the Belgians by pour people in England :-

"Not to-day, thank you," said one of the party; while the lady with him shot an indignant glare at me. I eould i.oi hide an amused smile, and turned to the iid.U passer-by. "Buy a badge, penny, sixpence and a shilling, to help the brave Belgians."
