District Patriotic Fund.
Th-3 trustees of the JVaiuku District Patriotic Fund have convened a public meeting for Friday evening, prior to the Farmeis' |Jnion meeting in the Parish hall, ao as to get subscribers' permission to use the fund for reliet purposes. It is felt that the cash now in hand and the donations promised should no longer be used for buying horses and equipment, as the distress funds have now a stronger claim,
