NOTICE OF PROPOSED ELECTION. In tho matter of the "Town Boards' Act, 1908," ami of the " Local Elections and Polls Act, 11108," and the amendments of such acts respectively, I hereby give pub lie notice that the tirst general election of seven Commissioners foi the Tuakan Town Board District will he held on the Kith day of September, lull, and I hereby appoint my business premises (The Pharmacy in George Street, Tuakriu, as the place and the 9th day of September, 1911, as the time for the nomination of Candidates for the said office of Commissioners. Each nomination paper must be signed on the proper form by two electors and by the candidate, and to be delivered to me or to be addressed to me and delivered at the place aforesaid at any time after the publication of this notice and before Noon of -aid day of nomination.
