A motion was then adopted to keep the Society in existence, fie chairman explaining that the secretary would celled all outstanding accounts. ELECTION OF OFFICERS. The following officials were elected : —President, Mr C. Hodgkinson; secritary ar.d treasurer, Mr W. L. West; committee, Messrs W. Smith, J. T. Jonie, Waltets, S. West, A. Hull, H. 0. Mellsop and J. Louden; treasurer, Mr H. B. Armitsgc.
