A meeting of the Advisory Committee of the I'ukikoho Technical School wbs hi Id on Monday night, theri being present Mesen Carglll, chairman, hosier, Kcllhousc, Roadley and Kev. Frost. The Director of Technical Education wrote isking tho Committee to arrange for the boys' English and arithmetic classes to be taken on Monday instead of Tuesday nights. The chairman reported thit the Franklin County Council had granted £2O towards the Farmers' Class, and outlined a scheme for the extension of these classes to oiher centres next year. The committee approved of the idea and empowered the chairman to lay the matter bcfoie the Director of Technical Education. It was decided t> ask the co-operation of tho Chamber of Commerce in securing permission from the railway authorities for the goods train which passes through l'ukckohe in the evening about Id o'clock to "pick up" pupils on clues nights for Drury, thin doing away with the necessity of pupils from that district havirg to May all night in l'ukckohe. Other routine business was transacted.
