N.Z. LOAN AND MERCANTILE AuENCY C'J. At Waiuku yards on Saturday we held our usual monthly sale. There was a Rood yarding for the time of the year, and prices were fully up to lute gales. Dairy cows and heifers sold at from £4 to £7 15s; empty cows. £3 as to £4 18s; heifers, £3 to £4 Is; calve?, best £2 2i to £2 15s, others 30s to £2; bulls, £3. Beef sold at late rates. At Pukekohe yards on Monday we held a special horse sale, when we yarded 227 horses, of all descrip tions/ and prices were on a par with late rates. Heavy draught horses sold at from £27 to £3B 10.-i; medium ditto, £2O to £33; aged draughts, £lO to £2l; light harness borseß, £lO to £l9 10b; hacks, £ll to £22 10s; cobs, £8 to £l4; ponies, £3 to £8 10; weeds, 10s to 30s; spring cart, £7 10s; names', £4 17s 6d. BUCKLAND AND SONS. At our Fukekohe yards on Thursday, June 18th, we odd, in conjunction with the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency, Ltd , Mr S. H. Crawford's herd of dairy cows, there was a large attendance, and satisfactory prices obtained. Best cows scld at from £8 53 to £ll, others £3 15s to £7 10s. heifers £5 10s tu £B.
