DRURY.
ROAD BOARD MEMBERS. The anrual Road Board election as a rula creates a little excitement, but this year it has fallen very flat, there being no contest; Messrs W. H. C. Glasson, George Bremner and J. Quinn being returned unopposed. Mr Glasson hss been a member of the Drury Road Board for several years and during most of that time has bfien chairman of the Board. Mr Bremner is quite an oid veteran in Road Board matters, having sat continuously on the Board for many years. Mr Bremner usually acts as treasurer to the Board. Mr Quinn, who is a member of the firm of Messrs Quion and Peoples, being a young and successful business man, should be an acquisition to the Board.
The annual meeting of ratepayers will be held on Saturday, tbe 2nd prox., at 2 a.m. As there are several important matters to discuss a good attendance is expected.
