Felix D v.lio appeared befors Messrs F. Perkins and V. F. Webster.tJ's.P., in tha Pukekohc Court thii morcing to answer a charge of vagrancy. Citable Willcocks said that some thres weeks ago hi advised accused to "move on." He replied that "he hed come tn Pukekohe for a holiday and was rot looking for work." The Berch did not think prisoner suited Pukekohe, so gave him a month's imprisonment Edward Lavelle, charged with drunkmness, was convicted and discharged.
