A COLUMN FOR THS PEOPLE A Denial. | TO THE EDITOR.] Sir,—ln your issue of Dacember 23rd it is reported that at a meeting of the Franklin Cjunty Council Cr Dynes Fulton stated that 1 was once a member of a deputation asking to have trees on my p!o,;crty cut down. In making this statement Mr Dynes Fulton is entirely wrong. I have never been a member of any deputation to wait on any local body in regard to the matter, nor have I ever made any request of this nature, as I consider the trees ace perfectly safe.-I am, etc..
