LAWN TENNIS.
THE PUKEKOHE CLUB. The Pukekohe Club are playing Papatoetoeon Saturday, December 6th, on the Papatoetoa courts. Endeavours are being mirae to arrange a game for the same Saturday on the Pukekohe courts between Buckland and Pukekohe B team. With the handicaps out for the men's singles, players are taking advantage of the fine evenings on the Pukekohe courts, and are beginning to get into form. The following team will represent the Pukekohe Club against Papatoetoe on Saturday at Papatoetoe : Hopkins, Lamont, Cargill, Corbett, Koulston, Bockett, Mesdames Bayly, Motion, Johns and Miss Bilkey. In the first round of the Men's Singles Lamont owe 20 beat Willis rec. 5, 50—25.
