PAPAKURA.
MAGISTRATE'S COURT. Before D. McLennan and John Biemner, J.'sP., George Rees and Frar.k Rathtone, who were arrested at Papakura on the evening of the 10th inst. for obscene language, appeared. Both olfenders wen sentenced to one month hard labour each. Before D. McLennan ard G. D. Smith, J.'sP. Frank Dunne and George Dunne were charged with the theft of fowls from afowlhouseat Papakura. Each offender wag fined £5 and costs, in default one month's imprisonment with hard labour. They were allowed a fortnight in which to pay.
