The projected sale of sections, teing part of thg Roulston estate, to take place in Fukekchs to-monow, is creating a great deal of interest. The terms have been made so easy that prosepctive purchasers with limited capital should find a fine field for investment. The sale takes place at 12 noon, on the ground if the weather be fine, otherwise iii Auckland's horse bazaar.

Readers are reminded that the Pukekohe Rugby Union's annual fancy dress ball takes place on Thursday next. Elaborate preparations have been made to ensure an enjoyable night, and it only requires fine weathar to make it a complete SUCC3SS.
