FOOTBALL. Waiuku and Otaua met on Saturday last, the former team proving victorious, and thus winning the championship. W. The first geiier«i meeting of the Waiuku Veterinary Society, incorporated, is to be held in the Parish Hall, Waiuku, oi August 15th. The main business is to receive the report of the committee re the formation of the Society and the engagement of the "vet.," and to elect officer.} for the ensuing year.
