W. W. Mscfenon v. Maru Solomon, ckim for £l6 7s lid; verdict for amount claimed ar.d £1 13s cost?. D. Makgill v. Kimura, claim £l4; verdict for amount claimed and £1 13s cost*. Two cans, H. Hendricksen v. A. M. Barriball (£5 s=) and A. M. Barriball v. H. Hendricksen (£6 6s), wera discontinued. John W. Furmage was convicted of having used obscene language ar.d was lined £2 and £1 3s costs. For permitting horses to wander W. S. McConnell was fined 2s and 7s cost.'. Jos. Urimmor.d, on a similar count, was fined Is and 7s costs.
