Show Again To-night.
The Merrymakers appeared at the Masonic Hall last night to a fair audience. This splondid combination is heado 1 by D'Almaine, who in tho first half appeared in his clever entertainment of conjuring and veil* hiloijuism, while in the second half he displayed his powers >f hypnotism, in which several local subjects did various absurd actions under hypnotic suggestion fromlVAlmaiue, Sharp and 1 lat gave a slendid turn oi bellringing and zylophune-pluying and instrumental items. Theji turn is one of tho best musical acts seen here. Miss Phyllis Cromer is a \eij dainty singer and was woll received, while Mr Fred Carlson leceived rounds of applause for his singing. He has a remarkably good voice and more will be heard of him. Other artists who appeared were "Pip" Evans, chorus comedian ; Sam Carey, descriptive vocalist, etc. The Company will appear to-night for tho last time in a complete change of piograuimo. A large audience is anticipated.
