ONEWHERO.
THE LATE BAZAAR. The final meeting of the Bazaar Committee was held in the Hall on Wednesday. The secretary presented a most satisfactory balancesheet, the receipts amuuntin? to over £lo7—a sum which should put the Hall Committer on a suucd financial basis- It was unanimously agreed that much p'aise and thanks were due to the ladies who assisted to make the bazaar such an exceptional Buccess. At the close of the meeting Mr P. Lewis was presented with a brief bag and a esse of tea spoons. The Chairman when maKing the presentation, asked bin to accept with them the thanks of the Bazaar Committee for the great assistance he had been to them in planning, organising and directing operations. He trusted that Mr Lewis's sojourn in Onewhero, where he had made numerous friend?, would be a long and happy one Mr Lewis, who responded briefly, said that he had thoroughly enjoyed working with such a willing band of assistants.
