Anniversary. Tli'i Anniversary Social of the Pukekohe Methodist Church was held on Thurs lay evening, Rev. E. P. Manures presiding. Mr E. lu tho course of an aidless the Rev. E. P. i lamires said that for the best work of the church to-day it was necessary for the different denominations to co-operate. The choir, which lias recently been reorganised, rendered severa' anthems effectively, and an excellent programme of music was contributed by Mosdames Maniires, Howard and Pilkington, Messrs Likennin and Curnow, with Miss Newton presiding at the organ. Supper was provided by the Ladies' Guild.
