In accordance with the provisions of section .'sl of tin- "Land Drainage Act, 1908" and the provisions of the "Eating Act, 1 DOS'' notice is hereby given that the Aka Aka Drainage Board will at a meeting to he held on the 12th day of October, 1912, at the office of the Board, Waiuku, strike and levy a general drainage rate of Id in the pound on lirst class lands, j'd in the pound on second class lands and id in the pound on third class lands (fourth class lands being exempt) for the period commencing the lirst day of April, 1912, and ending the :51st day of March, 1913, such rate being due and payable in one instalment to the collector at the oflice of the Board, Waiuku, on and after the 30th day of October, 1912, and where the ratebook may be seen during office hours WILLIAM J.
