Bucklaud and Sons also bold a clearing sale at Tuakau on Tuesday, September I), on behalf of Mr T. S. Ferguson. Some tip-top horses, choice dairy cows, pigs, and a bit of implements and sundries will be sold. As Mr Ferguson has sold his farm there is lo be an absolute clearance.
That the city people have their eyes on the potentialities of this district is illustrated by the opening of a local branch oi the business of Tylden and Spiers, one of the livist of estate agencies in the province.
