Objectors to the ratepayers' list of tlio Otaua Drainage Board are to be heard at the Waiuku Court on Friday Sept. 6. The Ot uia Leap Year ball is to be held to-morrow (Thursday) evening and promises to be a huge success. The lion. sec. (Miss A.. Hammond) and her committee have everything now in train for a most enjoyable evening. Invitation holders are bound to roll up in force.
