MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

Session in Pukekohe. Messrs E. F. Webster and C. K. Lawrie, J.'sß, piesided at the Magistrate's Court on Thursday. Tohana, for drunkenness at Tuakau, was fined 5s and £1 2s Gd costs. Heta Clark, of Tuakau, was convicted and ordered to pay £1 2s 6d expenses, for having (on June 1) neglected to supply a horse with proper and sufficient food. A prohibition order Mas issued against Albert Bennett, who was charged with having been drunk at Tuakau on May 31st. Verdicts for plaintiffs :—Green and Colebrook v. McKcnzie Bros., claim £ls 13s 6d ; Perkins and Co. v. Chas. de Thierry, claim 19s 5d ; Perkins and Co. v. Manu, claim £1 Is 3d; J. G. Haddow v. J. Hooker, claim £8 Bs.
