Papakura.
A most enjoyable Cinderella Dance was held in the Parish Hall on Wednesday in aid of the Tennis Club. All credit is due to the Eev W. Wood for getting the floor into such excellent trim. Music was supplied by Mrs Harold Walters (piano), and Miss Earl (violin). In the first matches of the Rugby Union, Papakura won both the senior and junior events against Bombay, after closely contested games.
