McDermott has been on a visit to Matamata. Morrinsville. Mrs. Allen, of Piako, has returned from a visit to Auckland. Miss O’Connor spent the week-end at Hamilton. Mrs. Alexander, of Auckland, is staying with her sister, Mrs. C. Dickinson, Studholme street. Miss M. Hopwood, who has been staying with Miss Humphreys, Victoria avenue, has returned to Auck- ! land. Mr. and Mrs. W. N. Tangye, of Piako, have left on a short troutfishing visit to Lake Taupo. I Miss Heather, of Auckland, is staying at Kereone with Mrs. W. Aitken. Matamata. Miss Pax Lindsay, of Te Aroha, is the. guest of Mr. and Mrs. J. Stevenson, of Metamata. Mr. and Mrs. Murray are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. D. N. Hay, of Matamata. I Mrs. E. Dobson and her baby daughter, of Wellington, are the ’ guests of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Banks, Matamata. Mr. James Delaney, of Pukekohe, formerly of Matamata, is the guest of his grandmother, Mrs. F. Darby, Vosper street, Matamata.
