Bible Class Social. The Tirau Bible Classes held an enjoyable social at the Manse on Friday evening. Mr. Jack Amoore, who has left the district, was the guest of honour. The Rev. W. T. Brabyn, in presenting the guest with an eversharp pencil, referred to the faithful services rendered to the choir and the Bible Class and as bellringer by Mr. Amoore. “Au Revoir ” Evening. Mrs. W. D. Fraser gave a large evening at her residence on Wednesday in honour of Misses Cowan and Marshall, who leave this week for a trip to the South Sea Islands.
