Tirau.

Cricket. During the week-end the Tirau club played a match against a Hamilton team, and after a very pleasant day's cricket the home team was beaten by IS runs. Each side batted 12 men. After the game Mr. P. Mason, captain of the Tirau team, thanked Mr. Badeley and his team for the very pleasant day’s sport and for the education it was to his young club.
