NOVEMBER RETURNS.
DISTRICT FACTORIES. An analysis of the November returns of the dairy factories in the Morrinsville district indicates a total increase on the figures for last season. The total butter-fat received was 548,2831 b, compared with 476,4181 b for November, 1928. Cheese factories show a slight decrease, but this is more than offset by the great increase in output at butter factories. A total of £39,264 will be paid out by the Morrinsville, Tatua and Norfolk companies, compared with last year’s total of £34,760. These returns do not include the Morrinsville branch of the N.Z.C.D.C. which are not available. A high rate of payout is being maintained, ranging from Is 5d to Is 6d, and showing little variation from the rates ruling last year. Individual returns, including those for Sunny Park and Tokoroa, are as follow, the figures for November, 1928, being given in parentheses:— Morrinsville.
