WAIHOU BULL SALE.
Spirited bidding took place in all classes at the Waihou bull sale held by the Farmers’ Auctioneering Company on Tuesday. Grades and pedigree stock fetched prices considerably in advance of late rates. In the grade yearling section the rates were exceptionally high and easily led the prices realised at other sales held about this period. The same healthy tone was experienced throughout, with the exception perhaps of certain older stock. The following are the prices and purchasers:—
