Under Government regulations permitting the standardisation of cheese the New Zealand Co-opera-tive Dairy Co., Ltd., tried the experiment of standardisation at seve j ral of its factories. So successful has it proved that the company has decided to make standardised cheese at the. whole of its seventeen cheese factories during the coming season. Ihe company’s standardised cheese brought an even price with the fullcream cheese on the London fnarket, and was generally reported upon as highly satisfactory.
