DAIRY PAYOUTS.
HINUERA COMPANY. The suppliers of the Hinuera Dairy Company will receive an advance payment of Is 5d per pound on fat supplied for butter manufacture. A bonus of id a pound will also be paid. The rate of payout for January, 1928, was Is 2d. For the month the disbursement was £11,276, compared with £7197 for the same month last season. During the month 159,231 pounds of fat were supplied, against 123,318 pounds in January, 1928. The grading average was 92.2.
