Mr. W. E. Parry, M.P. for Auckland Central, arrived in Putaruru last night. Mrs. V. C. Bailey, of Putaruru, is pn a visit to her parents in Auckland. Mrs. McDermott, of Auckland, is visiting her sister, Mrs. J. R. O. Lochhead. Dr. and Mrs. S. L. Haslett have returned to Putaruru after a visit to Auckland. Mrs. Crabhe, of the Crossing estate, left last eight for Fielding on holiday. Mr. and Mrs. J. D. C. Davis and daughter left yesterday for Ngongotaha, where they have taken a cottage for several weeks. Rev. W. T. and Mrs. Brabyn returned from their honeymoon last Saturday. On Sunday Rey. Brabyn conducted largely - attended services at Waotu, Arstpuai and Tirau.
