Orders on judgment summonses were granted in the following ’leases: H. A. .Ranger v. Thomas, ;Hoko, claim £l6 18s. Bd, amount plus £1 Is costs forthwith or 17 days-jtotorua, order suspended on payment pf £5 per month; J. M. McKenzie v. John Kerewaro, claim £l4 0s 2d, amount plus £1 Is costs forthwith, or i<|> days Rotorua-, warrant suspended on payment £5 per month. The ladiesiof Putaruru and the surrounding districts are organising a “ bring and buy ” day to be held in Leslie’s building, next to the Bank of New, Zealand, on Friday, November 23, 1928, to raise funds fpr the. : Salvation Army boys’ Christmas camp. Tea will be served from 11 a.m. Live and dead, stock, poultry and all kinds of produce are solicited for this good cause.*
