The ladiesiof Putaruru and the surrounding districts are organising a “ bring and buy ” day to be held in Leslie’s building, next to the Bank of New, Zealand, on Friday, November 23, 1928, to raise funds fpr the. : Salvation Army boys’ Christmas camp. Tea will be served from 11 a.m. Live and dead, stock, poultry and all kinds of produce are solicited for this good cause.*
