TIRAU LADY’S IMPRESSIONS. “ I got a good glimpse of Mrs. Tom Heeney while the men were talking to Tom at Tirau on Tuesday,” writes a Tirau lady reader. “ She is a winsome brunette with large brown eyes and a beautiful complexion. She appeared pleased at the reception her husband was getting. She was undoubtedly weary. Those few women of Tirau were naturally delighted at the chance, for little has come through regarding her, and we wanted to know whether she was flattered by her photographs. She was not.”
