HINUERA.

Benedicts’ Ball. On Thursday evening the Hinuera Hall was once again the centre to ■which dancing enthusiasts from all directions thronged to join in the * celebration of the first Benedicts’ ball. Visitors were present from as far afield as Auckland and Marlborough, and every neighbouring district was well represented. The supper arrangements were very well organised, while the daintily decorated tables and the countless delicacies served by such a willing band of helpers left nothing to be 1 W desired.
