The New Zealand Meat Producers* Board has received a cable from its representative at Buenos Aireßf South America, advising the follow* ing shipments to the United King* dom for the fortnight ended June 7* 1928, from Argentine and Uruguays 217,400 quarters chilled beef, 1770 quartei-s frozen beef, 50,661 carcases frozen mutton, 47,219 carcases frozen lamb. The quantity shipped to the Continent of Europe during the samd period was as follows: 39,225 quarters frozen beef, 8751 carcases frozen mutton, 27 carcases frozen lamb. j
