Motorists would do well to pay special attention to the new motor regulations, which are now in force, special attention being given to the offside rule, under which traffic approaching from the light has the right of way. At any’ time motorists may be stopped and their brakes inspected, while rear vision mirrors must be fitted. It is now an offence to pass a car on a blind corner and only two vehicles may drive abreast.
