“ At least 95 per cent of the owners of petrol bowser pumps in the borough are not observing the conditions of their agreements,” said Cr. Chapman at last evening’s meeting of the Morrinsville Borough Council. He moved that unless the conditions laid down were observed that the licenses be cancelled. Cr. McPherson said that if Cr. Chapman was referring to the fact that the majority of the pumps were not lighted he was in support. Cr. Chapman said this was the chief reason. The motion was carried unanimously.
