That a firm of sausage makers in England made 5000 tons of pork sausages per week, and another firm 2000 tons, was a statement made by Mr. Te Gardiner during an address at Morrinsville on Thursday upon cooperative pig marketing-. Mr. Gardiner’s suggestion was to find a market in England for choppers, which might be sold to the sausage makers.
