INCREASED RETURNS. Record Cheese Output. The output of cheese from the Tokoroa factory for the past two months shows an increase of approximately 30 per cent over the similar period of last year. Details are as follows, figures for 1924 being given in parentheses':— November: Milk received, 690,9221 b (482,3451 b); butter-fat, 23,969.961 b (17,718.901 b); average test, 3.47. December: Milk received, 719,6811 b (507,671ib); butter-fat, 26,244.111 b (19,501.531 b); average test, 3.64.
