TOKOROA CHEESE.

GRADES HIGH AT STORE. Leads Auckland Province. This season has seen a big increase in the output of cheese manufactured by the Tokoroa Dairy 'Co. over that produced last year, but that quality is not being sacrificed to quantity is evidenced by the returns now available from the Government grading stores, Auckland. In a shield competition organised by a big- firm of exporters, the locally manufactured article is leading on points the output of all other cheese factories in the Auckland province. This speaks well for the directors and manager of the factory, and also the suppliers, and above all for the quality of the pastures from which the milk is produced. It is to be hoped that the position now. attained will not be lost and that through the cooperation of- all the shield at the end of the season will be installed in this rising centre situated in pumice country.
